greek pressure aek stuck to the task after the restart and manduca was nearly celebrating another after the brazilian curled a left-foot shot on to the bar, while nemeth beat two bate defenders in a confined space near the edge of the box before unleashing a powerful angled shot which veremko did well to block. the momentum was clearly with aek and shitov's dismissal for a second caution was followed by sanel jahić and scocco both being denied by the woodwork in a vain late flurry.
